This board ranks Draw Equity per 100 draws, so a centre who takes 1,500 draws is not rewarded just for volume. The total column is the season value in goals.

How reliable is it?
Faceoff win rate is reliable (split-half r ≈ 0.8 over a season). What happens after the draw is not a skill (r ≈ 0.00), so it is not part of the stat.
