What this tool does
The draft board lines up each player’s current draft cost with what they actually produced last season. It helps you spot players who cost far less than their category production and avoid players drafted on reputation alone.
How to use it
- Filter by position and minimum games played to remove small samples.
- The board is ordered by ADP (draft cost); compare the category columns for players drafted in the same range.
- Add sleepers and targets to your shortlist; it is saved in your browser for draft day.
- Export the board to CSV if you want to keep notes in a spreadsheet.
Where the data comes from
Player rates use last season’s NHL regular-season statistics from the NHL stats API (goals, assists, shots, hits, blocks, and goalie wins, saves, save percentage, GAA and shutouts). Average draft position and rostered percentage come from our fantasy data partner and update daily. Historical rates describe what happened, they are not projections.
Frequently asked questions
- What is ADP?
- Average draft position is where a player is being selected on average across fantasy drafts. A lower number means the player is drafted earlier.
- Are these projections?
- No. The board shows historical production from last season so you can judge value yourself. Rookies and players without NHL stats are listed with their draft cost but no historical rates.
- Is my shortlist saved?
- Yes, in your browser’s local storage on this device. No account is required.
