NHL Shorthanded Points Leaders: Pittsburgh Penguins
2023-24All situationsThrough 82 team games
This board ranks every NHL skater by shorthanded points, regular season only, listing players with at least one. Pick any season back to 2017-18 above the table.
Shorthanded points are goals plus assists scored while killing a penalty. Speedy penalty-killing forwards lead, but a single breakaway can decide the ranking. SHP is a category in some leagues and rewards penalty killers who would otherwise score little. Expect the leaders to change every season.
Leader for the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2023-24: Lars Eller (PIT), 2 SHP.
- Completed seasons use the NHL's official power-play and shorthanded totals.
