How we calculate team PP GF/60
Goals for while the team had more skaters, divided by its power-play time. Using time instead of opportunities treats a 30-second power play and a full two minutes fairly.
Why it matters for fantasy hockey
PP points are the biggest driver of fantasy scoring. Players on the top unit of a high-GF/60 power play are worth a premium; check each team's units on its power-play page.
How to read it
League average is about 7.5 goals per 60. Above 9 is an elite unit; below 6 is a struggling one.
Limitations
Power-play goal rates swing with shooting luck over small samples; PP net xG is the steadier read.
